Zoning Officer I

The Zoning Officer I enforces Zoning and Solid Waste Ordinances by investigating violations, issuing compliance permits, and processing applications for rezoning and variances. This role involves conducting field investigations, advising on corrective measures, and supporting watershed and floodplain compliance. The position requires collaboration with the Planning & Zoning Director and participation in public hearings and board meetings.
