Ashoka is a global nonprofit that identifies, supports, and connects leading social entrepreneurs (Ashoka Fellows) to scale innovative solutions and drive systems change. Founded in 1980 by Bill Drayton, it builds a worldwide network of Fellows, partners, and institutions across education, civic engagement, economic opportunity, health and the environment. Ashoka provides fellowship, convening, research, and partnership platforms to accelerate high‑impact ideas and to promote its vision that everyone can be a changemaker in schools, workplaces and communities.
