InStride Health

Instride Health is an outpatient mental health practice specializing in pediatric anxiety disorders and obsessive–compulsive disorder. They provide assessment and treatment for children, teens, and young adults ages 7–22, working closely with families. InStride focuses on developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions to reduce symptoms and improve functioning at home, school, and in social settings. The clinic also offers family-centered support and resources for caregivers navigating youth anxiety and OCD.
