1:1 Behavior Aide

The 1:1 Behavior Aide works one-on-one with a student with an identified disability in a classroom setting to support their academic, behavioral, emotional, and physical needs. This hands-on role involves helping students navigate classroom routines, build positive behaviors, and grow socially and emotionally under the direction of the classroom teacher. The position requires constant supervision, data collection, and implementation of the student's IEP and BIP to ensure daily success.
