Behavior Technician

The Behavior Technician provides support to a specific student within their assigned classroom or program, facilitating the implementation of the student's Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and assisting in learning socially acceptable behaviors. The role involves modeling interventions for district staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching, and taking direction from Intervention Specialists and School Social Workers. The position requires regular attendance and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
