Sotheby’s 2-year Associates Program in New York offers recent undergraduate graduates a structured, immersive entry-level experience across five tracks (Business Development, Corporate, Global Fine Art, Luxury, and Operations). Participants complete multiple rotations, receive hands-on training, mentorship, and executive exposure, and gain broad insight into Sotheby’s auction and luxury businesses while working onsite.
