About this role

The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a three-year rotational program for high-potential recent graduates that places participants in three 12-month engineering assignments across Genie/Terex sites in Washington. Rotations include Manufacturing Engineering, Sustaining Design Engineering, and New Product Development/Robotics, with locations in Bothell, Moses Lake, and Redmond, WA. The program begins June 2026 and requires commitment to complete all three years and accept a full-time placement after completion.
