About this role

The Field Representative Development Program at Caterpillar is an 18–24 month entry-level rotational program designed to build knowledge of Caterpillar machines, products, services, and dealer/customer ecosystems. The program includes a 12-week initial training, international facility visits, multiple role rotations, and coaching to prepare participants for placement into field-based representative roles supporting dealers. Successful graduates will be prepared to manage territory responsibilities and drive strategy alignment and customer loyalty.
