2026 Leadership Development Conference (Information Technology)

SC Johnson’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two-part early-career pipeline that prepares undergraduate students for internships through virtual professional development sessions and a two-day in-person Leadership Development Conference at SC Johnson’s Global Headquarters. The program provides exposure to the company, leadership training, networking with leaders and employee resource groups, and opportunities to explore career paths in Information Technology and Global Business Services with interviews for Summer 2027 internships. It targets undergraduate students in technical and data-related majors and aims to build leadership and professional skills.
