SC Johnson’s 2026 Leadership Development Program is a two-part early talent experience consisting of three virtual professional development sessions and a two-day Leadership Conference at the company’s Global Headquarters in Racine, WI. The program gives undergraduate students exposure to SC Johnson’s internship opportunities, company culture, and functional teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, RD&E, IT, HR) and concludes with an interview for a Summer 2027 internship.
