About this role

Caterpillar's Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) for Supply Chain Management is a three-year rotational, entry-level program designed to accelerate development of early career talent. Participants complete three 12-month rotations across supply chain functions (logistics, planning, transportation, quality and front-line leadership) and receive foundational technical and leadership training. Successful completion leads to placement in a permanent supply chain role with an expected minimum two-year assignment.
