About this role

Caterpillar's Procurement Leadership and Technical Development Program is a three-year rotational entry-level opportunity designed to accelerate the development of future procurement specialists. Participants will complete diverse 12-month rotations in areas such as Category Buying, Facility Procurement, Supplier Development, and Process Improvement across North American facilities. The role focuses on building technical capabilities in supplier relationship management, supply chain integration, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Direct development and implementation of site or regional sourcing strategies
Manage supply network procurement activities for specific facilities
Provide technical expertise and leadership within the supplier network
Analyze and maintain assigned processes to produce output excellence
Lead project management of process improvement and execution initiatives
