2nd Shift Milieu Supervisor

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a 2nd Shift Milieu Supervisor to lead daily operations and provide trauma-informed mentorship at a new 14-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility in Eugene, Oregon. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop client treatment plans, ensuring safe admissions, and overseeing staff training and scheduling. The position requires strong leadership skills to maintain a therapeutic environment for justice-involved youth ages 12–17.
