2nd Shift Supervisor

The 2nd Shift Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of production operations during the second shift, coordinating and directing production employees to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role ensures production schedules and customer requirements are met while maintaining company safety, quality, attendance, housekeeping, and work-rule expectations. The position may require training or working on the first shift for a limited period to become familiar with company processes, equipment, employees, and procedures.
