About this role
The L&D Intern will support Isar Aerospace’s Learning & Development team, gaining exposure to employee development, onboarding, and engagement initiatives within a fast-growing space company. This is a 6-month, full-time internship based at the Ottobrunn headquarters (40 hours/week) offering hands-on involvement in global L&D projects and the company culture.
