911 Tele-communicator

This position serves as a 911 Tele-communicator at the Fairbanks Emergency Communications Center, handling the dispatch of fire, law enforcement, and medical emergencies while operating multi-channel radio and phone systems. The role involves managing computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems, coordinating critical information with field units, and providing support during emergency situations. This bargained position reports to the Emergency Dispatch Center Manager and requires working in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
