A1 Trainee - Racking/Unracking

This entry-level position in the Anodizing Department is responsible for affixing aluminum pieces of various sizes onto titanium metal anodizing racks. The role involves examining articles for defects, sorting them, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures. The employee will work side by side with a partner on a line, frequently lifting and carrying boxes of parts weighing up to 30 pounds. The position requires the ability to read and interpret documents, solve practical problems, and interpret instructions in various forms.
