AB/Tankerman

The AB/Tankerman is responsible for the safe cargo operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment on a petroleum barge, reporting to the vessel Barge Captain and DMT Barge Manager. This role involves operating and maintaining barge machinery, managing cargo load and discharge plans, and ensuring all equipment and operating systems are properly maintained. The position requires effective communication with dock and vessel personnel to facilitate efficient barge operations.
