About this role
The Executive Director of Artificial Intelligence is a senior leadership role within CUNY's Office of Academic Innovation, responsible for establishing and directing a university-level AI office and advancing AI initiatives in alignment with the University’s mission and ethical principles. The position reports to the Senior University Dean for Academic Innovation and serves on the Executive Vice Chancellor's cabinet. It aims to position CUNY as a national leader in academic AI strategy and capacity building.
