Academic Services Coordinator

The Academic Services Coordinator at the University of Waterloo supports the Faculty of Engineering’s First Year Support Services, providing continuity and coordination across academic and administrative functions. Reporting to the Associate Director, First Year Engineering, the role serves 14 undergraduate programs and over 8,000 Engineering and Architecture students. It acts as a liaison between academic units and central university services and contributes to strategic initiatives within the Engineering Undergraduate Studies Office.
