Summer Scholars
Scholars Unlimited is seeking an Academic Specialist to provide after-school enrichment and literacy instruction for K-5 students in metro Denver communities. The role involves leading Social Emotional Learning (SEL), STEM, and literacy activities while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for young learners. This seasonal part-time position requires working up to 15 hours per week at partner schools during the academic year.
Summer Scholars aims to help students build, maintain, and expand their foundational reading skills, specifically during the summer when learning momentum tends to decline. Our tuition-free sessions are with volunteer high school/college tutors who want to make a difference by helping the youngest scholars in our community.
