Summer Scholars
The Site Director manages and leads site-based extended learning, enrichment, and family literacy programs at public elementary schools for Scholars Unlimited. This role involves coordinating, planning, and implementing activities for the K-5 after school program while serving as the main point of contact for day-to-day operations. The position supervises site staff and supports the daily implementation of educational programs.
Summer Scholars aims to help students build, maintain, and expand their foundational reading skills, specifically during the summer when learning momentum tends to decline. Our tuition-free sessions are with volunteer high school/college tutors who want to make a difference by helping the youngest scholars in our community.
