Access Excellence Senior Director

The Access Excellence Senior Director provides strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise access infrastructure, including referral and order lifecycle management, scheduling decision-support tools, and provider directory governance. This role is accountable for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving workflows that support patient access across various channels, including internal, external, and self-scheduling pathways. The position serves as the enterprise owner of scheduling decision trees and provider finder tools, ensuring accurate and consumer-friendly access experiences while driving data-informed improvements and overseeing access-related technology capabilities.
