Access Excellence Senior Director

HealthPartners is seeking an Access Excellence Senior Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise access infrastructure, including referral and order lifecycle management and scheduling decision-support tools. This role is accountable for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving workflows that support patient access across various channels while serving as the enterprise owner of scheduling decision trees and provider finder tools.
