As an Access Navigator for Valley Health System, you will serve as the primary point of contact in a high-volume call center to assist patients, referring physicians, and caregivers with scheduling and service referrals. You will ensure a seamless patient experience by addressing inquiries with empathy, converting calls into scheduled appointments, and facilitating access to care within the VMG environment. This role requires acting as a liaison between healthcare professionals, patients, and specialists to support continuity of care.
