Access Nurse

The Access Nurse serves as the first point of clinical review for patient messages and calls within a busy multi-cultural ambulatory care center, managing routine clinical requests and escalating complex needs to the care team. This role supports timely and effective communication between patients and providers to improve access and resolve routine clinical needs efficiently. The position operates within the Access Center under the Lead Triage Nurse to enhance patient care coordination.
