Access Nurse

The Access Nurse serves as the first point of clinical review for patient messages and calls within a busy multi-cultural ambulatory care center, managing routine clinical requests and medication refills within LPN scope. This role supports timely communication between patients and their care teams, escalating complex needs to the Triage Nurse or providers to improve patient access and workflow efficiency. The position is designed to resolve routine clinical needs quickly, allowing the broader clinical team to focus on higher-level patient assessments.
