The Access Referral Specialist is a frontline member of the GBMC Access Center responsible for serving as the primary contact for inbound referrals from partners, the community, and Gilchrist staff to ensure high-quality referral development and patient access across hospice, palliative, and geriatric services. They support patient access under the supervision of the Access Center Manager, ensuring compassionate customer service and accurate documentation in the Epic system.
