About this role
The Account Director is the primary client-facing leader for Snow, responsible for ensuring client expectations are exceeded per Statements of Work and for representing Snow’s brand and services. The role requires building trust with clients, managing account teams, and incorporating the patient/caregiver experience into client strategies. This position supports strategic planning, oversees account performance, and serves as the main point of contact between clients and senior leadership.
