The Account Executive (Germany) will build Duve's presence in Germany by managing the full sales cycle for new hospitality tech customers, from outreach and discovery through negotiation and handoff to Customer Success. The role involves consultative selling, pipeline generation through outbound activities, and close collaboration with BDRs, Marketing, and internal product teams.
Duve is a guest experience platform for hotels, vacation rentals, hostels and other accommodations that centralizes guest communications, digital check‑in and in‑stay services. It offers a white‑label guest app and messaging tools, automated pre‑arrival and in‑stay workflows, an e‑concierge for upsells and local recommendations, plus payment and self‑service features. Duve integrates with property management systems and OTAs to streamline operations, reduce front‑desk workload and increase ancillary revenue. The platform is designed to improve guest satisfaction through personalized, automated touchpoints across the entire guest journey.
