Account Executive - Inside Sales

As a Customer Development Advisor on the Inside Sales team, you will proactively manage customer programs through new opportunity identification, upselling, and cross-selling to drive growth and customer loyalty. This phone-based advisory role focuses on solving business challenges for assigned Flexential customers while uncovering new service signings to meet quota attainment goals. You will partner with the Customer Success team to resolve issues and leverage Salesforce to track activity and forecast outcomes.
