About this role
The Leader of Account Management/Growth for EMEA oversees a team of Strategic Account Managers serving EMEA and APAC customers. The role is responsible for driving account growth and retention while providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to the team. This position reports to the Global VP of Customer Growth and works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Sales Operations. The leader will represent Cloudinary with strategic clients and partners and ensure effective management of a complex technical product portfolio.
