About this role
An Account Manager in Apollo’s SMB segment responsible for managing a large book of ~500 small-business accounts to help customers realize value from the platform and support retention and expansion. The role partners cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in-office per week.
