Account Manager

This role serves as the primary client relationship manager for a book of business, overseeing the workflow and lifecycle for new and existing Personal Lines clients. The position involves acting as the main point of contact to address client inquiries, provide coverage guidance, and manage account servicing and maintenance. The individual will collaborate with Assistant Account Managers to process transactions, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure adherence to corporate standards and procedural guidelines.
