Personal Lines Account Manager

This role is responsible for new business sales and retention of existing personal lines accounts, providing comprehensive sales, service, and stewardship to clients. The individual will identify cross-sell and referral opportunities, manage renewals, and ensure compliance with agency guidelines and corporate standards. The position requires autonomy in meeting objectives for new business development, client service, and account retention.
