Account Manager

This role involves actively managing existing customer accounts as the primary point of contact, focusing on increasing the value of the AI phone assistant through upselling, renewals, and expansion. The position requires running review and discovery conversations, analyzing usage, and ensuring successful onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams is essential to maintain a clean pipeline and deliver reliable revenue forecasts.
