Account Partner

The Account Partner owns the full client relationship for a book of enterprise accounts in the UK and EU, driving platform adoption, expansion, and renewals while ensuring customers derive maximum value from the Syndio pay governance platform. This role involves guiding clients through regulatory requirements like the EU Pay Transparency Directive, building executive alignment with CHROs and CFOs, and acting as a trusted advisor to transform how organizations manage pay decisions. The position requires a strategic focus on retention, growth, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable commercial results.
