Staff Software Engineer, Essentials

This role focuses on building and optimizing high-performance data workflows for Syndio's pay equity product, ensuring fast and scalable statistical computations across large datasets. The engineer will also develop agentic tooling to enable AI agents to reliably execute Essentials workflows, including data validation, analysis setup, and report generation. Success is measured by the system's ability to handle larger datasets without performance degradation and the extent to which agents can autonomously carry out workflows.
