Account Representative - Transformer Laboratory Services

The Laboratory Account & Program Manager – Transformer Laboratory Services (TLS) owns the day-to-day relationship with RESA Power’s laboratory customers, ensuring recurring sampling schedules are maintained and laboratory findings are followed up on. This role focuses on customer retention and growth within existing accounts by coordinating retests, additional testing, field services, and products. The position works closely with laboratory operations, project managers, and sales teams to expand the laboratory’s relationship with customers and handle quoting, order entry, and customer coordination.
