Accounting Manager

This role involves building and owning the full accounting function for a growing aerospace and defense software company, partnering directly with the CFO to establish systems, controls, and reporting foundations. The position requires managing day-to-day operations, month-end and annual close, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and government contracting regulations. The ideal candidate will lead the transition to an independent finance function, implement scalable processes, and support strategic financial planning and audit readiness.
