Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager oversees day-to-day accounting operations and leads the month-end and financial reporting processes. This hands-on role involves team management, direct involvement in reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements while working closely with the VP of Finance. The position focuses on strengthening accounting operations, improving processes and controls, and developing the team's capabilities within a construction and real estate development organization.
