Accounting Paymaster

This role administers the hotel's payroll in compliance with state and federal regulations, overseeing vacation accruals, deductions, and wage verifications using the Dayforce system. The position involves training managers on payroll procedures, preparing journal entries, generating labor reports, and assisting with balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, the employee audits payroll weekly, resolves discrepancies, and supports the corporate audit team with financial data and corrections.
