Food & Beverage - Leader in Development

The Food and Beverage Leader-in-Development program is a 12-month training initiative designed to prepare graduates for management roles within their chosen division. Participants will work 40 hours weekly within the department while completing 10 hours of learning commitments focused on general hotel operations and division-specific functions. The role involves supervising shifts, managing guest satisfaction, monitoring inventory and waste, and collaborating with division heads and HR leadership.
