The Accounting Rotational Program at Deriva Energy is designed for early-career professionals to gain broad exposure to core accounting functions within a fast-growing renewable energy company. Participants rotate through General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Internal Controls to build foundational expertise in a private equity-backed environment.

Responsibilities

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
Prepare journal entries and reconcile financial accounts
Contribute to internal and external financial reporting requirements
Process invoices and manage vendor payment activities
Support SOX internal controls and compliance documentation

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceProgress toward CPA certification
