Accounts Payable Leader

The Accounts Payable Leader at OpenAI is responsible for both developing and executing a comprehensive AP strategy. This role involves overseeing end-to-end AP processes, acting as the primary escalation point for complex issues, driving improvements in efficiency and compliance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to establish asset management and receiving processes. The leader will also mentor the AP team, implement automation solutions in AP workflows, and ensure adherence to SOX controls while managing internal and external audits.
