Accounts Payable Specialist

The Kansas City Consolidated Accounting Office is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage the entire payment process from invoice receipt to settlement. This role involves generating accounts receivable statements for dealerships, preparing journal entries, and maintaining accurate General Ledger records. The successful candidate will reconcile vendor statements, facilitate the annual 1099 process, and support the external audit requirements for the corporate office.
