Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist performs daily accounting and accounts payable transactions within the Blackbaud Financial Edge system, reporting to the Director of Finance. This onsite role involves processing invoices, managing corporate credit card statements, and reconciling accounts to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The position also includes preparing AP reports, maintaining vendor records, and providing backup support to peer positions.
