Accounts Payable Specialist

This role focuses on managing workflow for invoices, payments, and help desk queues while serving as the primary escalation point for complex payment discrepancies and vendor reconciliations. The specialist is responsible for quality assurance, internal audits, local compliance, and generating accounts payable reports to support month-end reconciliation. Additionally, the position involves identifying process optimization opportunities to drive best practices in accounts payable and travel & expense operations.
