Accounts Payable Specialist

The Pauma Band of Mission Indians is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Finance Department. This role focuses on the accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements while ensuring compliance with Tribal policies and internal controls. The specialist will maintain vendor records, support annual 1099 reporting, and collaborate with various organizational stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support financial closing activities.
