Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist processes large quantities of invoices monthly, including PO invoices using 3-way match, and resolves discrepancies by communicating with internal teams and vendors. The role involves reviewing invoices for proper approvals and coding, maintaining vendor master files, and managing schedules for recurring payments. This position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and collaborates closely with the Global Controller, Procurement Team, and Inventory Cost.
